A group of Seventeen (17) journalists from China Visited Mikumi National Park


A group of Seventeen (17) journalists from different media houses in China including CCTV and bloggers are in the country for a four days visit whereby today they have visited Mikumi National Park and Chinese Agricultural center in Morogoro Municipality. The group led by Ambassador Liu Guzjin also consists of some officials from the Embassy of China in Tanzania.

In their tour to Mikumi National Park the visiting media practitioners from China were excited to see the wildlife in their natural habitat and have pledged to be our good ambassador to their fellow countrymen regarding the beauty of tourist attractions Tanzania is endowed with and hospitality of Tanzania’s.
“We are so happy to witness by ourselves wildlife such as lion, buffaloes and elephants, which are among the big five as well as good hospitality of Tanzanian people, we will be your good ambassadors when we go back home” he noted ambassador Lui.

At the gate of Mikumi National Park the journalists were met by the Director General of Tanzania National Park Mr Allan KIjazi and officials from Tanzania Tourist Board led the Principal Public Relations Officer Mr Geofrey Tengeneza who among other things presented Dvds and some promotional materials to the journalists.
